The Manna Robe has no zone restrictions for it to be used.

The Cannibalize effect eats up any Rune/Damage absorb Shield on the user before it starts eating up the health pool of the caster; this item is perfectly paired with the Wizard's class epic staff.

The Manna Robe is also a good item for the Necromancer class, as it is perfectly paired with any DD -life tap or active life leech and/or Heal over time effect spells, or the VP necro shisharr staff. Magician and Enchanter classes also have synchronous benefits to this robe being an emergency Mana tap item - especially during clutch situations.

The Manna Robe has a casting time, but has no cooldown timer for it to be clicked again; when solo, it is best used with a canni dance rotation. (canni, sit -tick, canni). If grouped with bards and/or classes which heal and provide regen, just clickie spam it to your heart's content.
