Based on multiple trips to Everfrost Peaks hunting wooly spiderlings for silk drops, the drop rate is less than 50%. It is listed in this page as "Always". I propose the drop rate be changed to "Uncommon" to reflect the actual drop rate I have experienced (it is certainly *not* "Always"). If I see no objections to this proposal after a week or so (which would be by Saturday, 2/4/2023), I will change the listed drop rate to "Uncommon".

UPDATE 2/4/2023: Change has been implemented as discussed above.
