Captain Bipnubble is definitely not level 35, because he cons dark blue to me at level 53. He's around level 40, max hit for 68 both times I fought him, and has a crap load of hitpoints; somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-15k. I had to pull him away from all the gnomes cause they kept healing him.
