Red for me at lvl 30 so the lvl info of 31 is not toaly right.
So the Orc Impaler page says that "He's high 30's and has a 25 min placeholder, so it may be a long camp." This seems to jive with what I've seen because it doesn't looks like he spawns 100% of the time (i.e. there are shadowed men placeholders). Also they seem to wander a bit from the indicated spot (unclear on the pathing). -jhod green server 08/04/2020
